Graeme joined the company in 1988 and has been instrumental in the company's commercial business development, working closely with customers from one man bands and SME's to large corporate clients, and is personally responsible for access to many of the exclusive schemes that we enjoy today.
Graeme is a key driver in all aspects of the sales and marketing functions within the company and in addition is at the forefront of all current and future I.T development throughout the organisation.

David Formed Burns Crosson (Scotland) Ltd in 1990 and was successful in building a book of quality commercial businesses throughout West Central Scotland. Including many household names.
With the advent of National Brokers aggressive marketing and bulk purchasing power David saw the opportunity of a strategic fit with (HRIB Ltd) and has brought with him his wide experience and technical knowledge.
David has a key role to play in the training and development of staff/compliance issues and maintaining quality and control of customer service.

Ray Holland

Ray joined HRIB Ltd in 2002 bringing with him over 25 years commercial underwriting, technical and sales experience gained from his time at the Zurich Insurance Company and Lloyds of London.
Well versed in all aspects of commercial covers Ray was responsible for writing a profitable Scottish regional book of business for Lloyds syndicates and sat on the Zurich UK Motor Fleet strategic development management committee.
Along with Graeme he is a key driver in the company's sales and marketing functions.
